Vittorio Veneto and its surroundings: from the Pieve di Sant’Andrea to the Sanctuary of Sant’Augusta

This route begins behind the Church of Sant’Andrea.
Before starting the trail, we recommend taking a few minutes to visit the church, first consecrated in 1303 and entirely frescoed by Antonio Zago, Isappo da Cividale, and Francesco da Milano.

This route takes approximately 2 hours (4 km and 250 meters of elevation gain).

Take Via Citolini, then at the first intersection, turn left onto Via Borghel, then turn right and then immediately left onto Via Vinera. Continue uphill until you reach the crossroads where you’ll find signs for the Santuario di Sant’Augusta. Keeping left and following the entire trail, you’ll reach one of Vittorio Veneto’s most famous destinations. From up here, you can not only overlook the entire city, all the way to the Revine lakes, but on clear days, your gaze can even reach the sea. The descent can take place along the ancient path marked by a succession of votive chapels that ends in Serravalle, about a 10-minute walk from the Pieve di Sant’Andrea where we started.
